Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Two years of experience in a Human Resources role Experience with a major payroll software is preferred Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong communication and organization skills, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment #CBAUG2023 Recommended Skills Communication Coordinating Employee Retention Human Resources Requirement Prioritization Research Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
