If so, this role is for you!! Responsibilities and Tasks Consult and assist new and existing businesses with set up and accurate accounting of financial reporting.
Prepare and deliver financial statements.
Provide QB set up and training to clients.
Prepare invoices for client fees.
Develop Process Optimizer documents for Payroll Processes Assist new and established businesses set up and maintain accurate and reliable payroll systems.
Maintain client's historical financial records.
Prepare financial statements, analyzing and summarizing account information.
Assist clients with compliance with Federal, State and Local Tax requirements.
Provide clients accurate and professional advice and service.
Prepare sales and use tax returns for businesses.
Required Education and Skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting work Solid understanding and previous use of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
QuickBooks Pro Advisor Designation, preferred but not required.
